Over the coming months, we’ll be making updates to our backend billing system to better serve you. When your account transitions to the new system, you’ll access it via the Billing tab in the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of your WeddingPro dashboard. Moving forward, this will be your go-to place to sign contracts, view invoices, see transaction history and add payment methods.
To view your transaction history on WeddingWire and The Knot, head to your WeddingPro dashboard. From the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, select Billing.
If your page looks like the below, you have been transitioned to WeddingPro Billing and can view your transaction history for both WeddingWire and The Knot by clicking on the Transaction History tab on the left.
If your page does not look like the image below, your account has not yet been transitioned to the new system. Please email support@weddingpro.com.
