To mark a client as booked within your account:
- Log into your Knot account at www.WeddingPro.com
- Click the ‘Leads’ tab
- In your main Inbox, locate the client's inquiry
- Hover over the lead and within this box, there is a 'Booked' icon you can select if the user has booked your services – however, keep in mind that this 'Booked' status will show up in your client’s account as well!
- The 'Booked' icon will turn green once you’ve clicked it, showing it’s been successfully selected
